Welcome to MERRUNE. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of shopmerrune.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About MERRUNE

2. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your country or state of residence, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order with us.
3. Products, Pricing & Availability
- Products on the Site are fulfilled through a network of trusted international fulfillment partners rather than a single in-house warehouse. We write and review every product listing carefully, drawing on the information and photos supplied by our fulfillment partners. If a description or image looks incorrect to you, please contact us — we correct any error that's brought to our attention quickly.
- All reference prices are set in Euros (EUR). Where a price is shown in another currency (for example, USD for customers browsing from the United States), it may be either a market-specific price we have set for that market or an automatic currency conversion for your convenience based on the exchange rate at the time — the amount actually charged depends on the destination market and the pricing method that applies to that product.
- We reserve the right to change prices, correct pricing errors, or update product availability at any time without prior notice. If a pricing error is discovered after you place an order, we will contact you before completing the order.
4. Orders & Payment
- Orders are placed and paid for through our Shopify-powered checkout. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout.
- Placing an order is an offer to purchase; your order is not final until we confirm it by email.
- We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion — for example in cases of suspected fraud, an error in pricing or product information, or unavailable stock. If an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.
- Once an order has been handed to a fulfillment partner for dispatch, we may no longer be able to modify or cancel it — see our Shipping Policy.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship to France, the United States, the European Union, and a number of other international destinations. Shipping rates, processing times, and estimated delivery windows are set out in full in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Returns & Refunds
Because orders ship directly from our fulfillment partners rather than a MERRUNE-owned warehouse, our return and refund process works differently from a traditional mail-it-back model. Full details — including how to report a damaged, defective, or incorrect item — are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Your Account
You may check out as a guest or create an account using Shopify's passwordless sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You can view your orders and tracking information at any time from your account.
8. Intellectual Property
The MERRUNE name and the Site's original content, layout, and design are the property of MERRUNE and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission. Product photography and descriptions supplied by our fulfillment partners remain subject to their respective owners' rights.
9. Acceptable Use
When using the Site, you agree not to: violate any applicable law; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other accounts, or our systems; interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation; scrape, resell, or misuse Site content; or use the Site for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
10. Third-Party Links & Services
The Site may link to or rely on third-party services (for example, our payment processor or fulfillment partners). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or service, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MERRUNE will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or your purchase of products, beyond the amount you actually paid for the order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold MERRUNE harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your own country of residence.
